Too many drinks contain lots of alcohol, lots of sugar, or both! Considering this country has a long tradition of delicious, thirst-quenching and beneficial tonics, cordials and nightcaps, there is no need to compromise on your health in pursuit of refreshment.

This workshop will show you how to draw on tasty, seasonal herbs and spices to make refreshing drinks which have bonus benefits for brain heart and immunity. Our resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan will guide you through traditional British tipples well as popular modern health concoctions, to try to tempt you away from those empty calories towards something more nutritious AND enjoyable.
