You’ll also learn how to use tasty, seasonal herbs and spices to make healthy drinks with numerous benefits for brain and heart health. Whilst an alcoholic drink is often the default choice for many of us, Rhaya will introduce you to traditional alcohol-free British tonics, cordials and nightcaps, all of which deliver a massive difference in calories and leave you much more nourished than the typical sugary alcoholic drink.

About Rhaya Jordan:

Our resident nutritionist Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, and has been practising for 30 years. With a special interest in diet, nutrition and sustainable food, she has worked in both Australia and the UK to share her passion of food, teaching about the importance of sustainability and helping people normalise their relationship with eating.
