This two-hour workshop has been created to address the many facets of wellness in winter.

Our resident nutritionist, naturopath and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan will share her wealth of knowledge including the best nourishing recipes, how to ensure you are getting optimum vitamins, minerals and hydration, whether supplements are necessary, tips on ensuring quality rest and recuperation, and other ways to care for and strengthen your system.

You will leave the workshop with a greater understanding of what your body needs to safeguard your wellbeing and enhance your resilience during the colder months.

About Rhaya Jordan

Our resident nutritionist Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, and has been practising for 30 years. With a special interest in diet, nutrition and sustainable food, she has worked in both Australia and the UK to share her passion of food, teaching about the importance of sustainability and helping people normalise their relationship with eating.
