Wild medicine masterclass with Mama Xanadu: Cotswolds
9th October 2019
Explore the world of wild medicine and folk herbalism in this guided workshop with Mama Xanadu, held in the Chelsea Garden Room on our Cotswolds farm. You’ll discover how the seasons have an impact on plants and their growing and harvesting cycles, before looking at the energetics of nature and what impact that has on the produce available to us. In the second half of the session you’ll head outside to make your own flower essence using cuts from our organic Cutting Garden. You’ll then learn how to make a traditional herbal tincture and tea blends, traditionally used for healing from the inside out. As well as taking home your creations, you’ll receive a goody bag with a Wild Alchemy recipe booklet, wild teas and samples for you to continue your wild alchemy practice at home.
