Woodland Walk: Cotswolds
18th May 2022
Join us on our new guided walks to enjoy the Cotswolds landscape up close and understand how organic farming practices protect and nurture it.
British woodlands provide valuable habitats for many species of plants and animals, helping to increase biodiversity and provide an important buffering effect against climate change.
Our in-house Sustainability team will host the guided walks each month to point out some of the most interesting sights in and around the woodlands on our farm, including seasonal wildflower species and rare, heritage livestock breeds. There will be opportunities to spot birds including woodpeckers, wrens and a variety of warblers, finches, tits and sparrows which can often be found in our ancient and veteran trees.
We encourage you to bring your cameras to capture special moments and be prepared with weather-appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.
Suitable for all the family and well-behaved dogs. Regrettably, the walk is not wheelchair or pushchair accessible.
