Daylesford’s organic farmland, the Bamford Wellness Spa and the surrounding Cotswolds countryside make the ideal setting for one or two days of rebalancing and taking steps to achieve goals.

As you work with Bella to build confidence in every area of life, there will be many opportunities to connect with nature through yoga sessions, foraging tours and guided walks. All food, drinks and refreshments throughout your stay will be delicious, organic and seasonal fare from Daylesford.

About Bella Somerset

Bella is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a trained Yoga Teacher and a Mountain Leader.

Bella helps to empower people to overcome negative behaviour habits and mental outlooks. She supports clients on the path to success by building an inner sense of confidence, so they feel hope and patience around their goals. The ultimate goal is to calm the mind and live with greater balance and confidence.

Her coaching is a two-steps-forward, one-step-back approach: learning from mistakes, letting go of perfection, accepting you’ll make mistakes again in the future, and shifting the focus on the ‘self’.

8-9am – Yoga (outdoors, if the weather permits, otherwise hosted at the Bamford Wellness Spa)

9:15am – Breakfast

10:15am-12:45pm – Coaching with Bella: Limiting Beliefs and Primary Food – looking at areas of dissatisfactions in one’s life and forming action steps to re-balance (Other exercises to identify root blocks)

1:30pm – Lunch

2:30-4:30pm – Foraging with Jez Taylor, Head Gardener at Daylesford

5-6pm – Yoga (outdoors, if the weather permits, otherwise hosted at the Bamford Wellness Spa)

6:30pm – Cacao Ceremony

8:30pm – Supper

 

Thursday 27th August

10:15am-12:45pm – Walk in Woods guided by wildlife conservationist / botanist to learn about the forest ecosystem and interconnectedness – with Neil
