THINGS TO DO
THE COOKERY SCHOOL
A day at The Cookery School, located at our organic farm in the idyllic Cotswolds, is a must for anyone who shares our passion for real food.
From classic courses such as Quick & Simple Suppers and Seasonal Dinner Parties, to specialised courses like Artisan Bread Making and Nose to Tail Butchery, you’ll find practical and imaginative courses to suit all interests.
A space dedicated to gardening essentials, practical tools and seasonal cut flowers, many of which are grown in our own organic Cutting Garden. The Daylesford Garden room is home to our favourite seasonal blossoms and blooms, perennials, bulbs and vines as well as handmade bespoke bouquets, wreaths and arrangements.

Floristry courses are hosted by our team of expert florists in our Daylesford Workshop and weather permitting, include a trip to our Cutting Garden to forage for an array of British blooms and greenery. Guests then return to the Workshop to craft their foraged finds into anything from table settings to plant-ups, hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, wreaths, wedding flowers and more.

STAY WITH US
Our Cotswold cottages are beautifully converted farmhouses, restored to retain their original features. Four of the cottages are located next to our farmshop and one in the village of Daylesford, a two minute stroll away. Just 90 minutes from London, all five cottages are furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high and luxurious standard. Our cottages are for guests who wish to escape and immerse themselves in the Daylesford Cotswolds experience. Each cottage comes with a relaxing one hour class in our Bamford Wellness Spa for every adult guest.
You can enhance your stay by adding further treatments, classes and workshops, choose a course at our Cookery School or dine in our farmshop restaurants or at our sister pub, The Wild Rabbit in the nearby village of Kingham.
Explore over 2,000 acres of our well-tended organic farmland on one of our farm walks and discover our heritage breed hens, sheep, Aberdeen Angus and South Devon cattle, Gloucester cows and our herd of British Friesians.
Open all year round, and clearly signposted, some are suitable for buggies and small children. Perfect with a picnic of salads, cakes, meats, cheese and wine from our organic farmshop.
Our walks start from outside The Farmshop, just ask behind the tills for a map or download your copy by clicking HERE.
DOGS AT DAYLESFORD
Dogs are welcome in the Old Spot courtyard, inside the Old Spot, The Legbar and the Daylesford Café courtyard but not inside the café or farmshop (unless for access to dog-friendly areas).
There are some beautiful dog walks on the public footpaths around the farm and well-behaved dogs do not have to be on a lead. No one, including dogs, can leave the public footpaths and wander around the farm.
All dogs must be kept away from our livestock.
