15th January: Block printing workshop
Come along to this workshop to gain a fundamental understanding of the key techniques of block printing, guided by the talented LOUISA LOAKES. Focusing on line as inspiration, you will carve your own simple lino block to create a pattern repeat, which you can then twist and turn to play with the pattern before printing.
24th January & 6th February: The mindful art of arm knitting
29th January: Spoon carving
Learn how to transform a humble piece of wood into a unique, beautiful and useful object to treasure for years to come. This 3-hour workshop is led by Cotswolds wanderer and artisanal maker DICKON MORRIS, who will take you through the stages of making your very own hand-carved wooden spoon out of naturally fallen wood from our very own Daylesford Estate.

9th & 30th January: Beginner’s floristry courses
Our beginners’ floristry workshop offers the perfect starter guide for those looking to master the art of floristry. Join our expert team at our Kingham Farmshop on 9th January or 30th January to broaden your knowledge of floral art and the care of cut flowers in the home.
31sr January: Floristry inspired by nature
This half day course is all about letting nature inspire your arrangements. Our talented floristry tutors will show you the techniques we use to create our signature compositions and express the character of the arrangements. Book now.
1st February: Seasonal table decorations
Guided by our floristry team, you will gather the most eye-catching blooms and seasonal materials from our Cutting Garden before heading back to our bespoke Garden Workshop space. Here you will channel your personal creativity and style to make your very own floral table arrangement, perfect as a centrepiece for a dinner party or simply to enjoy at home. Book now.

14th January & 5th February: Butchery masterclass
Daylesford’s evening butchery masterclasses are the first and only in London to focus exclusively on organic meat. After a welcome drink and a brief introduction to Daylesford’s organic story and our commitment to meat provenance, our talented butchers will give a live demonstration of breaking down a whole carcass with plenty of tips on choosing and preparing various cuts of meat, before supervising students getting hands-on. 25th February: Gut health & Fermenting
This session is led by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan at our Notting Hill farmshop. She will inspire you to fill up on delicious winter soups, broths, pulses, quality fats, ferments and seasonal superfoods.

Focus on winter wellness
16th & 28th January: Getting a good night sleep workshop
Our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan will lead the session, teaching practical sleep hygiene techniques to create an optimum environment for quality rest. Over servings of our dreamtime tea and turmeric golden milk, you will learn how to re-establish natural rhythms to ensure you wake up feeling refreshed and energised each morning. The workshops will take place at Kingham on 16th January and Pimlico on the 28th January.
13th February: Babies and toddler’s wellness workshop
Every parent is concerned about whether their children are eating well and getting enough nutrients. Led by our resident nutritionist and wellness expert Rhaya Jordan, this workshop will help take the anxiety out of feeding children and show you how to use food to make the whole family calm, happy and healthy.
