OUR COTSWOLD RESTAURANTS

OUR COTSWOLD RESTAURANTS

All four restaurants on our Cotswold Farm hold a Michelin Green Star, a recognition of culinary excellence and our commitment to sustainable cooking. Our chefs craft seasonal menus inspired by the produce we grow and make on our farm – from organic meat reared on our pastures to eggs gathered from our hens, cheese from our Creamery, artisan bread from our Bakery and organic fruit and vegetables from our Market Garden – alongside produce sourced from like-minded farmers and artisans.

The trough

The trough

Enjoy Daylesford classics and hearty farmhouse dishes alongside lighter salads and broths, in our bright, nature-inspired setting which opens on to a courtyard in the warmer months. Discover steaks from our organic beef herd with a choice of cuts that honour nose-to-tail eating, our much-loved burger, our award-winning chicken, salmon smoked at our on-site Smokehouse and sustainably sourced fish. Our tarts and seasonal salads made with our own produce are always popular, with a choice of at least three salads on our menu at any given lunchtime.
Menus at the Trough change six times a year with our Market Garden set menu evolving weekly to reflect micro seasonality and the abundance of seasonal fruit and vegetables grown on our 28 acres at their peak.
Join us for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea, or visit us for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, when the farm falls quiet.

The Trough is also home to regular seasonal supper clubs with renowned chefs, for information check our events listings.

The legbar

Serving the same menu as The Trough, The Legbar is a relaxed, comfortable space for informal meals with doors which open onto a courtyard in the warmer months. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea or sip a glass of wine from Château Léoube, our sister estate in Provence whilst enjoying dishes from our Nibbles menu. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome in The Legbar where specially designed dishes can be ordered just for them.

ELSEWHERE ON THE FARM

Discover light, nutritious meals and freshly pressed juices at The Orchard Bar. Located in the calm retreat of our Wellness Spa, it’s the perfect setting to enjoy a light brunch, bone broth or salad.

At certain times of the year, our grill offers an opportunity to savour something satisfying from the barbecue at tables outside our Farmshop. For those on the go, our deli counters are stocked with fresh salads, savoury tarts, sausage rolls and sweet treats to take away. Visitors can also stop at our juice bar or pick up a freshly made coffee and pastry. Our ice cream hatch, stocked with a variety of flavours, is a summer favourite, and our crumble hatch is equally popular come winter
Freshly made organic meals, soups and broths made in our kitchens are ready to take home from our Farmshop or enjoy during a stay in our cottages.
