Guided by our expert tutors, you’ll learn how to knead fresh pasta dough before mastering the art of rolling, shaping and cutting by hand and using a pasta machine. From ribbons and strands to regional specialities, we’ll explore the techniques that define some of Italy’s most iconic pasta shapes.
Throughout this half-day course everyone will sit down to enjoy each pasta dish together, trying some of your delicious creations, accompanied by a glass of wine from our sister estate, in Provence.

Half-day course from 10.00AM - 2.00PM includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments, course materials and a selection of pasta dishes to eat created throughout the day. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
