ORGANIC VENISON

Our organic venison are grown and reared on our Wootton Estate in Staffordshire, enjoying as wild a life as possible on our lush organic pastures and maturing slowly and naturally as they would in the wild.

As with all of our animals, we work tirelessly to treat our deer with the respect they deserve; giving them access to unspoilt natural land is essential for breeding to take place and for them to eat an organic forage-based diet. The result is a happy, healthy herd and high quality meat that is tasty, soft and rich in iron and protein.
