OUR FERMENTARY

Our ferments range takes surplus and ‘wonky’ vegetables from our Cotswolds farm’s 28 acre organic Market Garden and turns them into delicious ferments which pack an excellent nutritional punch. From cabbage to carrots and cucumber, each ferment has a distinct flavour and pairs excellently with a hearty home-cooked meal.

A great way to boost gut health whilst improving food waste.
