BEER & CIDER
Our organic beers are vegan-friendly and made in a brewery that specializes in craft, experimental beer. We are particularly proud of our gluten free Daylesford Organic Session IPA, a medium bitter with tropical and citrus flavours.
In the harvest months of September and October we work hard on the farm to make the most of our own organic apples, pressing the juice to make our Daylesford Evenlode cider. We also work with bittersweet and bittersharp organic cider apples grown on a family farm in Devon to make our exquisite Vintage and Forager Ciders.
