This true favourite in The Legbar at our Cotswolds farm. We love ice cold and served with salted MARCONA ALMONDS and NOCELLARA OLIVES

100ml prosecco
50ml aperol
soda top-up
Market Garden fruit

Place a selection of seasonal fruit in the base of a cocktail glass, we have used apples, blueberries and strawberries from our Market Garden. Gently pour the aperol over the fruit and add the prosecco. Top-up with soda to taste.

Garnish with blueberries and a slice of strawberry.

During summer months we will muddle the cocktail with berries from the garden, while in autumn, plums, apples and blackberries make a delicious addition too.
