High protein overnight oats

Method

Protein powder can help you feel fuller for longer, so we love this high protein overnight oats recipe for a great start to the day. They are easily digested and pair well with rich flavours like creamy whole milk or kefir. Combined with refreshing fruit and yoghurt, this is the ideal morning fuel.

Our protein powders can be found at any of our farmshops in London or the Cotswolds.

METHOD

DIFFICULTY: Easy

Coarsely grate or finely chop the apples and tip into a medium bowl.

Add all the other ingredients.

Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, stir again and serve with your favourite accompaniments, such as organic natural or flavoured yoghurt, coconut yoghurt, frozen berries or a drizzle of raw honey.
