The Wild Rabbit Purple Fizz


This refreshing and zesty recipe is a favourite of ours from the THE WILD RABBIT‘s cocktail repertoire. Perfect for long summer days, enjoyed on the sun soaked terrace at our sister pub or in the garden at home.


Fill a tall cocktail glass with ice and gently pour the Daylesford sloe gin, pink grapefruit juice and sugar syrup over the ice. Top up with soda and stir with a cocktail mixing spoon.
