Organic Christmas Cake 800g
At Daylesford we make real food with the simplest organic ingredients. We make our traditional Christmas cake by hand on our Organic Farm, with moist vine fruits, cherries & citrus peel steeped in brandy & spices for weeks.
Raisins (11%), currants (11%), sultanas (11%), eggs, wheat flour, unsalted butter (milk), sugar, brandy syrup (7%), dried cherries, brandy, candied orange and lemon peel (corn glucose syrup, orange and lemon peel, lemon juice), flaked almonds, molasses, ground mixed spice, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, vanilla. CANDIED ORANGE & ALMOND TOPPING: candied oranges (sugar, oranges) (10%), blanched almonds (2%), walnuts (1%), apricot glaze, brandy.
RAISINS: raisins, sunflower oil. SULTANAS: sultanas, sunflower oil. BRANDY SYRUP: sugar, brandy, water*. WHEAT FLOUR: calcium carbonate*, iron*, nicotinic acid*, thiamin*. DRIED CHERRIES: cherries, apple juice concentrate, sunflower oil. APRICOT GLAZE: apricot jam (sugar, apricots, citrus pectin *, acidity regulator (citric acid *), water*. *Non-organic.
