Organic Mini Truffled Penyston Brie 250g
The mini penyston with a seasonal twist and taken to a new level of deliciousness. Black truffle is incorporated in the curd when being placed in the mould, allowing the truffle flavour to develop with the cheese as it matures.
AVAILABLE FROM THE 1ST OF DECEMBER
Pre-heat oven to 180˚C. Remove cheese wrap. Bake the cheese in the paper lined wooden box without the lid, on a baking tray for 20 minutes or until soft. Perfect with toasted sourdough.
Penyston cheese (pasteurised cows’ milk, salt, vegetarian rennet), truffle preparation (1%) (black summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) (67%) butter (milk), flavouring).
