Moist and fruity mincemeat in a rich pastry case made on our farm. Mincemeat is a mixture of chopped, dried fruit, distilled spirits and spices. Enjoy warm with a dollop of brandy butter or try warming through with a small ball of marzipan under the lid.

The PET lid is fully recyclable. 20% of the electricity used to bake this cake was generated by solar panels on our organic farm in the Cotswolds. We compost the peelings and egg shells, returning them to the soil in our market garden.
