Serve warm with brandy butter or cream.

Store in a cool dry place.
For best results steam or boil in muslin: remove decoration, ribbon, tag and base label. Place in a steamer or in a saucepan filled to half the depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Top up with water as required and do not boil dry. Serve with cream, custard or brandy butter.
In a hurry: remove all packaging except clear sheet. Place pudding on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 6 minutes 800W. If different please refer to manufacturer’s handbook. Stand for 30 seconds before serving.
