Our Lincolnshire based master pie makers have over 100 years of experience. Our delicious hand raised pie is made with our rich gamey organic venison farmed on the Daylesford Wootton Estate and outdoor bred pork. The coarse, meaty filling is mottled with tart, fruity cranberries and well seasoned. Surrounded by a traditional jelly, so the meat remains moist and pastry.

Serves 8-10.
