We make our hams the traditional way in very small batches in the Daylesford Smokehouse, from whole legs of organic outdoor-reared Gloucestershire pork, raised just a few miles from our farm. The pigs are bred to be hardy and outdoor-loving, producing heavy, succulent and tender hams from a wild, foraged diet.

Pork, red wine, demerara sugar, sloe gin, salt*, preservative (sodium nitrite*), cloves, black peppercorns, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest, ground cinnamon, bay leaves.*Non-organic. Prepared with 125g raw pork per 100g cooked product.
