Organic Unsmoked Back Bacon 184g
A real all-rounder, our unsmoked back bacon is wonderful in all sorts of dishes, from hearty salads to a classic breakfast fry-up. We love its salty flavours with sweet roasted tomato or butternut squash.
For perfect bacon, place under a hot grill for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp on both sides. Alternatively shallow fry: heat a little in a little oil in a pan and fry bacon for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally until sizzling.
All of our bacon is dry cured using traditional methods. The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality. We choose large white cross pigs known to make exceptional bacon.
