Smoked Salmon Trio 300G


A trio of three of our favourite salmon products including beetroot cured salmon, cold smoked salmon and hot roast smoked salmon. Perfect for parties with blinis, crème fraice and lemon or as a gift.

Smoked Salmon

Succulent & tender smoked salmon. Delicious with a poached Daylesford Legbar egg on thin slices of our toasted sourdough, or serve simply with fresh dill & a squeeze of lemon.

Roast Smoked Salmon

Hot smoked above oak log fires, our roast smoked salmon is flaky & flavoursome. Delicious served alongside ancient grain salads or on thinly sliced toasted pumpernickel.

Beetroot-cured salmon 

Cured in Scotland to Daylesford’s own reciepe of aromatic spices & earthy beetroot. Our beetroot-cured salmon makes stunning canapés & is perfect with horseradish crème fraîche.

Keep refrigerated 0-3°C. Once opened eat within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase up to 3 months.
