Cooking Instructions

Remove outer bag. Place wooden tray on a baking tray and cook for 40-45 mins at 200°C (180°C fan oven, gas mark 6). From frozen, cook for 60-70mins at 190°C (170°C fan oven, gas mark 5) until piping hot. This is a guideline only as appliances may vary.

Mixed mushrooms (26%), carrot (24%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour with added (calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, yeast), onion (15%), peanuts (12%), mushroom stock (water, mushroom), lemon juice, soya sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), garlic (0.5%), lemon thyme (0.2%), black pepper, salt.

STORAGE ADVICE

keep refrigerated 0–5˚C or frozen at -18°C or below. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 6 months – remove outer bag and place in suitable freezer container. Defrost thoroughly, use within 24 hours of defrosting.
