Wild Mushroom Nut Roast 400G
Wild & farmed mushrooms with carrot, peanuts and deep herby flavours; our play on the traditional nut roast. We love to serve it with a rich Cabernet jus and sauteed potatoes. Serves 2.

For best results remove outer packaging, place wooden tray on a baking tray and cook for 40-45 minutes at 180°C until piping hot. May also be cooked from frozen 60–70 minute at 170°C. To be used as a guideline only, appliances may vary.

Keep refrigerated 0–5˚C. Once opened reseal and use within two days. For the best flavour, bring out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase – remove outer bag and place in suitable freezer container. Defrost thoroughly, use within 24 hours of defrosting.
