Organic Daylesford Biscuit Collection
Made to our own recipe by a traditional Scottish baker, these biscuits are crisp, light and buttery. This selection of Organic Dark chocolate stem ginger biscuits, Organic white chocolate lemon butter biscuits, Organic cranberry & orange spelt oaties and Organic double chocolate spelt oaties is perfect with both morning coffee and afternoon tea.
Organic White chocolate lemon butter biscuits: fortified wheat flour, white chocolate (25%), unsalted butter (milk), icing sugar, invert sugar syrup, lemon oil (0.9%), sea salt*, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate*). WHEAT FLOUR: Calcium carbonate*, iron*, niacin*, thiamin*. WHITE CHOCOLATE: Sugar, cocoa butter whole milk powder, vanilla powder. *Non-organic.
organic Cranberry & orange spelt oaties: Spelt flour (30%), sugar, sustainability sourced palm oil, cranberries (9%) (sugar, sunflower oil), oatflakes, oatmeal, unsalted butter (milk), honey, raising agents (cream of tartar*, bicarbonate of soda*), salt*, orange oil (0.2%). *Non-organic.
Organic double chocolate spelt oaties: spelt flour (30%), sugar, sustainably sourced palm oil, sugar, dark chocolate chips (12%), oatmeal, honey, cocoa powder, raising agents (cream of tartar*, bicarbonate of soda*), vanilla flavouring, salt*. DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder. *Non-organic.
Organic dark chocolate stem ginger: fortified wheat flour, dark chocolate (23%), sugar, unsalted butter (milk), stem ginger (10%) (ginger sugar), ground ginger (2%), invert sugar syrup, sea salt*, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate*).
