Testers found it beautifully balanced, with cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger working in harmony. | How To Cook | For best results, remove all packaging, rewrap in muslin and place in a steamer, or saucepan filled to half the depth of the pudding with water. Cook for 2 hours. Top up with water as required and do not boil dry. |
