Vitamin C, Zinc & Manganese Immunity Formula, 20 servings - is a combination of gentle buffered vitamin C with antioxidant-rich berry powders that work with the vitamin C for extra punch. With added zinc, one of the most important minerals to support the normal functioning of the immune system.
Daily Iron, 60 capsules - Iron is the key mineral for helping provide energy; tiredness can be due to low iron levels. Iron is one of the most common nutrient deficiencies in the world, particularly in women and teenage girls.This gentle formula can be taken every day. The best absorbed iron is from red meat, especially venison and beef. Iron in vegetables is less easily absorbed and it is best to eat iron-rich plants like beetroot and spinach with an acidic food such as a salad dressing made with citrus or vinegar.
