Developed by the Daylesford Bakery team, the beetroot sourdough is made with the juice and gratings of fresh beetroot. It has an earthy flavour and dark pink colour. Delicious toasted with crumbled Daylesford Greek Style Cheese, fresh herbs and a drizzle of Léoube Olive Oil.
