ORGANIC VENISON RAGÙ WITH MUSHROOM & BACON
Lean venison from our Wootton Estate, sautéed with mushrooms and bacon in creamy tomato sauce, finished with a drop of red wine and thyme. Delicious with a jacket potato or fresh pappardelle and Parmesan. Our organic meals, soups and broths are made by hand on our farm and slow cooked to bring out the natural flavours.
