ORGANIC LAMB CASSEROLE WITH PEAS & MINT LEAVES
Tender lamb and its perfect partner – fresh mint- slowly simmered with spring vegetables in a seasonal casserole. Delicious with crushed new potatoes. All of our organic meals, soups and bone broths are made by hand on our farm, using fresh produce and slow cooking to bring out the natural flavours.

This is a fresh product, minimum shelf life of 4 days.
Heat for 10 minutes in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring occasionally – don’t let it boil. Alternatively place in a microwavable bowl and cover. Heat on full power (800w) for 4 minutes, stir and heat for a further 2½ minutes until piping hot throughout.
Water*, lamb shoulder (22%), carrots (10%), peas (10%), onion, passata, spring onion (2%), tomato paste, sunflower oil, rice flour, garlic, vegetable boullion,
mint leaves (0.4%), Herbs de Provence, sea salt*, black pepper.
VEGETABLE BOULLION POWDER: rice flour, sea salt*, maltodextrin, vegetables (onion, carrot, parsnip, pumpkin), yeast extract*, sunflower oil, turmeric, mushrooms (white mushroom, shiitake), parsley, concentrated
vegetable juice (onion, carrot), lovage, garlic, fennel seed.
HERBS DE PROVENCE: thyme, marjoram, parsley, bay leaf, celery seeds, lavender, taragon. *Non-organic.
