Support your wellbeing with our new Guide to Supplements events, hosted by Daylesford’s resident nutritionist Rhaya Jordan.
Rhaya helped develop Daylesford’s new range of functional food-based supplements and as part of the launch, we are hosting special Guide to Supplements events to address specific concerns around supplementation.
This Guide to Supplements focuses on women’s health. Rhaya will explain how micronutrient needs are different for women and men. The session will reveal which supplements can support healthy energy levels and their effect on other factors such as hormones, food cravings and sleep.
You will learn how being able to assemble a balanced supplementation regime can help you meet your specific health goals and requirements, based on your age and lifestyle.
Your Guide to Supplements ticket price includes an item from Daylesford’s supplements range, chosen by Rhaya for guests to take home.

About Rhaya Jordan
Rhaya is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist who has been in practice for 30 years. She was one of the core team that introduced the first Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Therapy to the UK. Having lectured at both undergraduate and post-grad level, she now runs workshops for the public. Her core speciality is supporting people with diabetes and she delivers an online programme along with retreats for diabetics. Rhaya is also interested in sustainable agriculture and food, and holds a Permaculture Design Certificate.
