Join us for an unforgettable evening in The Cookery School at our Chef's Table Supper. Sit back and relax whilst our chefs create a delicious, seasonal 4-course tasting menu right in front of you, giving you the chance to taste our organic ingredients at their very best, having been crafted into elegant, imaginative dishes.

After introducing your menu over a welcome drink with nibbles, our chefs will explain more about what we do here at Daylesford and why our organic ingredients taste as good as they do. With numbers limited to 12, during dinner you will have the best seat in the house, offering you the opportunity to learn some of the methods and techniques that have gone into preparing the evening meal. Each dish will be accompanied by fine wines from our wine stall, chosen to perfectly complement your menu.
Our Chef’s Table Suppers are wonderful for an alternative entertaining dining evening with friends and loved ones or as a romantic treat and our Chef's Table Supper Vouchers make a truly unique gift.

How many guests can attend?
Our Chef's Table Suppers can host up to a maximum of 12 guests, with everyone seated around our large central kitchen island in the Cookery School.What will the menu be?
We plan the menus for our Chef's Table Suppers roughly 1-week in advance, to ensure the dishes are as seasonal as possible, therefore we are unable to publish menus for each evening to our website. Each evening offers 4 delicious seasonal courses.What's included during the evening?
The price of £150 per person includes a welcome drink with nibbles on arrival at 7pm followed by 4-courses with wines.I have dietary requirements can I attend?
On booking, there is a mandatory field to fill in for all guests where you can provide details of any dietary requirements or allergies.Can I book this evening as a gift?
You can book places for other as a gift, however if you do not know yet whether they will be able to attend we recommend buying them one of our Chef's Table Supper gift vouchers instead.
