There is more than meets the eye when it comes to pizza. For such a simple, familiar food, pizza has many variables at play – it really is a case of the whole being more than the sum of its parts.
Details | We take pizza seriously here at the Cookery School. From the all-important dough, to shaping, stretching, pizza base sauces and more, this half-day course will guide guests through the ins and outs of the process of making pizza from scratch. The course uses our Gozney pizza ovens and explores several dough variations including Neapolitan, Roma, Detroit deep dish styles, plus something sweet to finish. * Please note this course is not suitable for those following a gluten-free diet. Half-day course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments, course materials and a selection of pizzas created throughout the day.
