However, there is a lot of nervousness about attempting to make them at home and our tutors are often asked the secret to making them. This early evening soufflé masterclass has been designed to teach the skills and techniques to create sweet and savoury soufflés, so you can impress your guests and enjoy this delicate dish whenever the mood strikes. 2-hour course includes soufflés which guests will sit down to eat, refreshments and all course materials.
