You’ll also discover delicious seasonal recipes that show game off at its very best, mastering the techniques to bring out real flavour and leaving with confidence in your cooking. All dishes will be enjoyed with fellow Cookery School students along with a glass or two of wine from our sister estate, Château Léoube. As you arrive, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made coffee and tea, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes.
