Salads are not just for summer and this course celebrates the wonderful salads and produce found at Daylesford all year round, so you will be prepared for all manner of barbecues, gatherings, nutritious lunches and suppers throughout the seasons.
Our tutors will teach you some of our best salad recipes using a variety of grains, pulses, root vegetables, seeds and fruit along with plenty of suggestions for variations for both hot and cold salads, accompaniments, dressings, dips and more.
Half-day course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
