Provencal cookery is rich with warm, summery flavours and recipes created with fresh, seasonal ingredients. We are lucky enough to have a glut of some of these wonderful vegetables and herbs in our organic Market Garden come summer, as well as delicious ingredients from our sister estate in the South of France, Château Léoube.

From olives, capers and herbs to beautiful fish, lamb and poultry, our Cookery School team will guide you through a series of classic flavour combinations and recipes, created to bring out the best of each ingredient we use.

With the chance to explore our Market Garden as well as sample our own olive oils, tapenades and wines from Château Léoube, our Journey Through Provence class will inspire you to incorporate French flavours and techniques into your own cookery at home. On arrival, we will introduce you to your day over freshly made tea and coffee, before you enjoy a series of demonstrations and guided hands-on cookery sessions, to create your own dishes. Throughout the day you will have the chance to sit down around our central island to try everything you make, accompanied by a glass or two of wine.

Full-day includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments, course material and a selection of dishes created during the course. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
