Details | You will make (and eat!) a variety of dishes, including moreish dips, fresh flatbreads, slow-cooked tagines, grilled fish and vegetables. Our tutors will guide you through key flavour profiles and techniques so you can add these recipes to your repertoire and recreate these delicious dishes at home. Full-day course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments, course materials and a selection of dishes created throughout the day.
