You will enjoy a combination of demonstrations and hands-on cookery to help you on the way to becoming a master baker. Our tutors will teach key techniques and guide you as you explore different flavours and textures to create some truly impressive bakes. Expect tried-and-tested recipes, inspirational new ideas and mouth-watering flavour combinations – plus plenty of opportunities to taste cakes, biscuits and pastry items fresh from the oven, or take home to share with friends and family.
