MORE INFORMATION: 

Guided by our expert tutors, you’ll learn how to prepare and work with fresh pasta dough before moving on to the techniques behind a variety of filled pastas. We’ll explore shaping, filling and sealing, alongside flavour pairing and simple, seasonal sauces designed to complement each dish.

Throughout the session, we’ll share tips on achieving the ideal dough texture, selecting the right flours and creating well-balanced fillings, while also introducing the regional traditions that inspire these much-loved recipes. during this half-day course you’ll gain the confidence to recreate elegant, delicious pasta dishes at home.


Once each pasta dish is ready and plated, everyone will sit down to enjoy eating  together accompanied by a glass of wine from our sister estate, in Provence.

* Please note this course is not suitable for those following a gluten-free diet.

Half-day course from 10.00AM - 2.00PM includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments, course materials and a selection of pasta dishes to eat created throughout the day. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
