There is more than meets the eye when it comes to pizza. For such a simple, familiar food, pizza has many variables at play – it really is a case of the whole being more than the sum of its parts.

We take pizza seriously here at the Cookery School. From the all-important dough to shaping, stretching, pizza base sauces and more. This half-day course will guide guests through the ins and outs of the process of making pizza from scratch. The course uses our Gozney pizza ovens and explores several dough variations including Neapolitan, Roma, Detroit deep dish styles, plus something sweet to finish.
* Please note this course is not suitable for those following a gluten-free diet.
Half-day course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, refreshments, course materials and a selection of pizzas created throughout the day. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.

How many guests can attend?
Our cookery courses can host up to a maximum of 12 guests, with everyone seated around our large central kitchen island in the Cookery School.What will we be cooking?
We plan the menus for all our cookery courses roughly 1-week in advance to ensure that the dishes created are as seasonal as possible therefore, we are unable to publish what will be covered on this course.Some guests have dietary requirements can they attend?
On booking, there is a mandatory field to fill in under the name for the person attending where you can provide details of any dietary requirements or allergies. Sadly, we are unable to accomodate gluten-free diets on this course.There aren't enough places available, is there a waitlist?
