Our evening soufflé masterclass has been designed to teach the skills and techniques to create sweet and savoury soufflés, so you can impress your guests and enjoy this delicate dish whenever the mood strikes.

Light, airy and elegant, the soufflé is a classic dish that many people name as their favourite. However, there is a lot of nervousness about attempting to make them at home and our tutors are often asked the secret to making them. This early evening soufflé masterclass has been designed to teach the skills and techniques to create sweet and savoury soufflés, so you can impress your guests and enjoy this delicate dish whenever the mood strikes.
2-hour course from 7.00pm - 9.00pm includes soufflés which guests will sit down to eat throughout the evening, refreshments and all course materials.
* Please note, this course is not suitable for those following an egg-free or gluten-free diet

How many people can attend?
Our cookery courses can host up to a maximum of 12 guests, with everyone seated around our large central kitchen island in the Cookery School.I have dietary requirements can I attend?
On booking, there is a mandatory field to fill in under the name for each guest attending where you can provide details of any dietary requirements or allergies. With this information we can then tailor the days menu to suit or provide alternative ingredients where necessary. Unfortunately, we cannot tailor this course to suit an egg-free or gluten-free diet.Can I book this experience as a gift?
You can book places in advance for as a gift for somone, however if you do not know yet whether they will be able to attend we recommend buying them one of our gift vouchers instead.
