In this hands-on 4-hour course, our Tutors will guide you through every step, from selecting the perfect cuts of meat to creating delicious, crispy potatoes, seasonal vegetables, side dishes and the all-important rich, flavorful gravy. Covering key cooking techniques for each element, preparations, timings and a wholesome dessert to finish.
You will get to sit down, relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst our Tutors pour everyone a glass of wine. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a beginner, this course is designed to help you elevate your skills and bring that homey, comforting Sunday roast to life in your own kitchen.
Half-day course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course materials. Guests of The Cookery School also enjoy a discount of up to 25% in our Farmshop after their course.
