Learn all about bees, how to protect our precious pollinators and make your own honey infused products to take home, on this immersive course on our Cotswold Farm.

Join award-winning author, food and sustainability expert Rachel de Thample to taste our new season honey, discover how to detect flower notes in this liquid gold and use this precious ingredient mindfully and medicinally.

Guests will enjoy a delicious honey and bee-friendly herb lunch and take a tour of our garden and bee hives. 

 

SCHEDULE 

Morning:

- Honey tasting on arrival, paired with our award-winning sourdough, beeswax-aged, cultured butter and beeswax-fermented fruit

- Take a guided tour of our garden and bee hives, learning how to plant for bees and care for them during winter

 - Make a honey fermented jam + honey herb vinegar to take home

LUNCH

Enjoy delicious, seasonal, honey and bee-friendly dishes and drinks

Afternoon:

- Make a beeswax lip balm

- Learn how to make honey infused drinksn- mead and jun (honey kombucha)
