Throughout the year, our Head Gardener Jez Taylor and his team grow and produce over 300 varieties of fruit, vegetables and salad leaves at Daylesford using entirely organic methods.
| Details | During the warmer summer months into early autumn, our organic Market Garden is bursting with vibrant, fresh produce, such as courgettes, tomatoes, broad beans and loganberries. On dedicated Fridays in August and September, Jez and his team are hosting tours of the Market Garden. Come along for an insight into this fascinating and abundant area of our farm. There is something for everyone to learn (and taste too!), from the most accomplished growers to those just beginning their gardening adventures – or simply for anyone who enjoys an afternoon in the great outdoors.
