An evening to feed both body and spirit, crafted by Chef Kuttiya Nimcean. With over 20 years at Daylesford he brings the quiet mastery of Thailand’s most celebrated 5-star kitchens – including the internationally renowned Chiva Som in Hua Hin near Bangkok – infusing each dish with warmth, tradition and a deep sense of care.
