Qi Gong and Tea Meditation - March

A 75-minute session of mindful movement, Qi cultivation and tea meditation. We begin with a set of simple, yet powerful Qi Gong practices designed to align mind, body and breath using the principles of daoyin - guiding and leading. This creates a platform for stillness and clarity as we transition to a seated tea meditation using a seasonal herbal tea chosen to engage all the senses in a moment of mindful presence. This approach to meditation can be integrated into your existing wellbeing practice and is particularly helpful for those who find traditional seated meditation practices hard to connect with.
