Screening: The Nut Farmer of Glastonbury
3rd September 2026 - 6:00pm - 8:30pm | Daylesford Farm
Join us for a special screening of The Glastonbury Nut Farmer. This 20-minute documentary, produced and directed by Elsa Kent, follows her father as he embarks on the most radical transition of his life – planting thousands of hazelnuts and walnut trees on the edge of Glastonbury in a bold experiment that challenges how Britain might produce food in the decades ahead.
Following the screening, Elsa will be joined Jez Taylor, head of The Market Garden at Daylesford for a conversation exploring British-grown nuts, regenerative and organic farming, and the opportunities and challenges of producing food more sustainably. There will also be an opportunity for audience questions and discussion.
