29th Mar: Spring flower arranging with Honeysuckle & Hilda
As winter draws to a close and the first signs of spring appear, celebrate the new season with a morning of flower arranging in the Garden workshop at our Cotswolds farm.
The workshop is hosted by Claire of Honeysuckle and Hilda, who will guide you through making wild and asymmetric arrangements to produce bountiful pieces, spilling out in all directions. You will have the opportunity to work with an abundance of spring flowers including tulips, ranunculus, hellebores, fritillaries and more, as well as hand-thrown bowls (which are yours to take with home you after the class).
Weather permitting, the group will take a guided tour of the Daylesford’s organic Cutting Garden at, where you can snip any blooms and foliage that catch your eye to add to the array of seasonal materials.
This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor weather.
With a background in art history and environmental campaigning, Claire is a floral stylist based in South Oxfordshire. As well as creating flowers for events, she produces floral content for brands, and teaches her foam free, abundant techniques to both newcomers and established florists.
